(1) The Khadga Nisana Sanad of 8 Marg 1999 and of 17 Shrawan 200 in relation to the court fee shall and the Act of 28 Number of the Chapter on Punishment are hereby repealed with effect from the date of commencement of this Act. (2) The matters contained in this Act or the Rules framed under this Act shall be governed by this Act or the Rules and the other matters shall be governed by the prevailing Nepal law.
